United Arab Emirates is our country of domicile and we stipulate that the governing law is the local law. All disputes arising in connection therewith shall be heard only by a court of competent jurisdiction in the U.A.E.

Visa or MasterCard debit and credit cards in AED will be accepted for payment.

We will not trade with or provide any services to OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) and sanctioned countries in accordance with the law of the UAE.

​Customers using the website who are minors (under the age of 18) shall not register as users of the website and shall not transact on or use the website.

Cardholders must retain a copy of transaction records and merchant policies and rules.

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their accounts.

Refunds will be made onto the original mode of payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days, depending on the issuing bank of the credit card.

Refund & Cancellation Policy (for all services)
Refunds will be done only through the original mode of payment.
Cancellation claims should be requested at least 5 days prior to the trip. No refunds will be made for services once the booking arrangements have commenced. If you fail to turn up for the tour, no refunds in part or full will be provided.
Confirmation of Payment
Once the payment is completed, our travel consultants will send you a confirmation slip by e-mail within 24 hours of receipt of payment. This printout can be produced as evidence of payment to the service provider to redeem your tour package. Please ensure that you have provided correct information pertaining to your travel requirements at the time of booking.
